ABOUT ANTOINE DARCET Engineer by training, Antoine has more than 30 yearsʼ experience in intellectual services. He founded and directed Cadextan (ESN) until it was sold to Sungard (Sungard Global Services). He was also the co-founder andManaging Director of SmartCo, a financial software developer. In 2002, he teamed up with Philippe Smolders and founded Nexeo, where he serves as President.
